On Wednesday, June 26, HB 315, the Township Omnibus Bill, passed the Ohio House by a unanimous vote of 93 to 0. The bill will now head to the Senate when the legislature returns in the fall.

The legislation includes the following 15 provisions:

MONROE TOWNSHIP (LICKING COUNTY, OHIO)

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Monroe Township Trustees (Licking County) will hold a public hearing on August 5, 2024, at 5:30pm to consider the recommendation of the Monroe Township Zoning Commission regarding the property owner at 12416 Johnstown-Utica Road, Johnstown, Ohio 43031 (Parcel Number 052-172722-00.000) who is requesting a zoning change of said property from (R-1) Residential to (M-1) Light Manufacturing.  The public meeting will be held at the Monroe Township Complex 7621 Johnstown-Alexandria Road, Johnstown, Ohio 43031.  All are invited to attend and voice opinions you may have regarding the rezoning.  Please direct any questions to individuals listed below:
