Solid Waste & Recycling Collection & Treatment
The Board of Monroe Township Trustees, Johnstown, OH (Licking County) is seeking bids for an
exclusive contract for the collection, transportation and disposal of residential garbage/refuse, recyclables
and yard waste within the unincorporated areas of Monroe Township, Licking County Ohio. If awarded,
the contract period shall be from November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2027.

On Wednesday, June 26, HB 315, the Township Omnibus Bill, passed the Ohio House by a unanimous vote of 93 to 0. The bill will now head to the Senate when the legislature returns in the fall.
The legislation includes the following 15 provisions:
