On Wednesday, June 26, HB 315, the Township Omnibus Bill, passed the Ohio House by a unanimous vote of 93 to 0. The bill will now head to the Senate when the legislature returns in the fall.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Monroe Township Trustees (Licking County) will hold a public hearing on August 5, 2024, at 5:30pm to consider the recommendation of the Monroe Township Zoning Commission regarding the property owner at 12416 Johnstown-Utica Road, Johnstown, Ohio 43031 (Parcel Number 052-172722-00.000) who is requesting a zoning change of said property from (R-1) Residential to (M-1) Light Manufacturing. The public meeting will be held at the Monroe Township Complex 7621 Johnstown-Alexandria Road, Johnstown, Ohio 43031. All are invited to attend and voice opinions you may have regarding the rezoning.
